Having completed my MSc. Counselling Psychology in 2021, I have over 400 hours of Individual counselling. I deal with concerns which include Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Anger management, Work- Life balance, Self- Esteem, among many others. I have experience working with adolescents and young adults. My preferred mode of therapy includes working from a Cognitive Behavioral approach, along with Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Expressive Arts.
