Hi, I am Drishti, a compassionate and results-driven Special Educator, with a B.Ed in Special Education (Hearing Impairment) and experience in supporting children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and communication delays.

Skilled in designing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to address a wide range of learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. I apply evidence-based strategies such as visual supports, structured routines, behavior modification techniques, and early communication interventions to promote functional skills, academic progress, and emotional regulation.
