Why spend ONE HOUR with yourself?

If you want to give love to others first you have to love yourself. You have to be friends with yourself first, have to take care of yourself first before taking care of others. To be friends with your mind you need to spend time with it. Spend one hour daily in the morning with yourself. That one hour will radiate calm, kindness, and happiness to the remaining 23 hours of your life. When you will be happy and calm you will radiate that to others. This is why spending time with self is important.

 

The only way to spend one hour with yourself is Meditation. In that one hour, you create a personal relationship with God. You energize yourself with positivity and when you are energized then only you will be able to give that energy to others to help them. This one hour helps you to learn the art of self-control and willpower. When you can control yourself you can control others.

 

Whenever you experience a negative thought just withdraw yourself from that thought. Sit back, relax, change the thought and come back. Don’t let negative thoughts multiply. If a negative thought starts popping up withdraw yourself from that thought. This power of withdrawing comes from spending one hour in the morning. This is why I say spending one hour in the morning with yourself.

 

If your own mind is full of negative thoughts, concerns, and worry how you will be able to help others. How you can be kind to them when your mind is not kind to you. How you can love others when you can’t love your own mind. Spending one hour in the morning with your mind will prepare it to deal with the rest of the day.

 

If you want to control your mind, you have to spend one hour with it.
