A Post Graduate in Counselling and Psychotherapy, I am a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist with an understanding of the unique challenges and developmental needs of young individuals, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for them to explore their emotions and experiences. I make sure individuals feel valued, understood, and empowered to explore their strengths and challenges. I also recognize the power of play in therapeutic interventions and understand that play is a natural language for children. It provides a non-threatening way for them to express their thoughts, feelings, and concerns. In my therapeutic relationships, I help clients develop healthy coping strategies, enhance their self-esteem, build positive relationships, and make sure they feel valued, understood, and empowered to explore their strengths and challenges.
